Ann Nock, President of AMN Key Solutions, will work directly with the District on all facets of the proposed work product. Ms.Nock is considered one of the nation’s most experienced voter-approved bond, tax and referendum consultants. She has more than 23 years of experience encompassing strategic planning, public opinion polling, community organizing and politics.
Ms. Nock has successfully developed strategic communication strategies, coalition building models, and informational campaigns through out the nation on behalf of public agency clients. These clients include Public School Districts, City Governments, County Service Agencies, special districts and public hospital districts. A veteran of over 250 successful elections, nearly all her public agency clients’ tax proposals have required 55%, 57% or 66.67% voter approval. She has a 90% success rate, passing over 4.5 Billion in finance measures. The funds have repaired K-12 classrooms, expanded community college facilities, improved public hospitals, water, sewer and road infrastructure and protected vital funding for city police and fire services. Ann is a sought-after speaker and trainer for organizations including the University of California Davis Campaign School, the only non-partisan campaign school west of the Mississippi, the League of California Cities, California School Board Association, National League of Community Colleges, Illinois Association of Community College CFOs, the California Association of Latino Superintendents and the California Association of African American Superintendents. Ms. Nock received her Masters of Arts Honors degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Oxford University, England.
James is a passionate, creative director with over twenty years in the arts, creative & art direction, design, and photography. James is skilled in generating visual campaigns that create an emotional connection to the brand or product, thus creating enhanced engagement that results in increased support for public agencies. James possesses extensive experience in process design, development, and implementation, in addition to strong vendor relations in printing, fabrication and production.
James has developed compelling visuals and collateral materials for over 200 public agencies during the past 15 years. His work has been instrumental in raising over 3 billion dollars of voter approved debt on behalf of school districts, community hospitals, fire and police districts create enhanced awareness.
James professional experience includes serving as Marketing Director of a major skincare line. As Marketing Director, he was responsible for all creative and marketing materials to include: copywriting, branding, photography, website, advertising, marketing, social media and all electronic and print collateral.
Janis possesses over 20 years of local bond election experience. Her impressive past client wins includes successful local General Obligation bond election efforts on behalf of San Marino Unified, Pasadena Unified, Pasadena City College and South Pasadena Unified. Janis's 150 plus clients have greatly benefited from her ability to successfully merge cutting edge voter engagement methods to traditional political principals. Janis will work closely with the lead consultant to insure continuity of effort and provide important historical political insight to the project.
Janis has worked with a broad range of national and local candidate and causes including serving as state presidential manager, consultant to California State Senate, as well as Colorado Legislative and local legislative office holder races. Janis possess a BA in Leadership Development and a Masters in Clinical Counseling.

Lizzie Catalano is a writer and editor with experience in copywriting, proofing, technical writing, and quality assurance. She has spent time in the corporate, small business, and freelance worlds developing her skills as an editor, marketer, and copywriter. She has worked Lucky Strike Entertainment and TeleTech Holdings Inc, where she worked as a team leader that edited and finalized over 6,000 documents a year, representing $10 million in revenue value for the company.
Lizzie’s work on behalf of public agencies has been instrumental in driving client objectives while maintaining each entities unique personality.
Lizzie has also written and edited multiple award submissions for marketing agencies, winning both a Marketo Revvie and a BMA Gold Key, and edited copy for multiple health care, technology, and software companies that have been responsible for generating millions of dollars in marketing sourced revenue. She has a Bachelor's degree in English Writing from the University of Colorado Denver and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in eLearning Design and Development.
